What type of rentals are Starlite Cabins?
Starlite Cabins offers private furnished one-bedroom, one-bath cabins intended for monthly residential stays. Each cabin is detached and has its own entrance.
Where are the cabins located?
There are two South Texas locations. Wren serves the Robstown, Calallen, Five Points and Northwest Corpus Christi area. The southern location is positioned along the US-77 corridor toward Bishop, Kingsville and surrounding areas.
How many cabins are there?
There are currently six cabins shown on the website: four at Wren and two along the US-77 corridor south.
Can I see photos of the individual cabins?
Yes. Each of the six cabins has its own page and photo gallery. Visit the Cabins page to compare them.
Furnishings & included services
Are the cabins furnished?
Yes. Each cabin is furnished and includes a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
Are utilities included?
Yes. Standard electricity, water and sewer, trash service and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rate.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Wi-Fi is included.
Do the cabins have a washer and dryer?
Yes. Each cabin includes its own washer and dryer.
Is there a full kitchen?
Yes. Each cabin includes a full kitchen.
Is parking included?
Yes. Private parking is included with the cabin.
Do the cabins have heating and air conditioning?
Yes. Heating and air conditioning are included.
Rates & lease options
What is the monthly rent?
The current published rate is $1,295 per month with a 12-month lease or $1,395 at the flexible monthly rate.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $500.
Is there a flexible monthly option?
Yes. The current published flexible monthly rate is $1,395 per month. Contact Starlite Cabins to confirm current availability and lease details for your desired stay.
Are utilities charged separately?
Standard electricity, water and sewer, trash service and Wi-Fi are included in the published monthly rate rather than listed as separate monthly utility charges.
Rental policies
How many people can occupy a cabin?
Maximum occupancy is two adults per cabin.
Are pets allowed?
No pets. Requests involving service or assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the cabins.
Availability & applying
How do I check availability?
Use the Check Availability form or call or text 361-660-8121. Include your preferred location, desired move-in date and anticipated length of stay.
Does submitting the availability form reserve a cabin?
No. An availability request does not reserve a cabin or create a lease. Starlite Cabins will confirm current availability and next steps.
What information is used to qualify an applicant?
Applicants should be prepared to provide identification and proof of income. Income qualification is three times the monthly rent, and a background check is part of the application process.
Is there a background-check fee?
Yes. The current background-check fee is $50.
What should I send when asking about a cabin?
Your preferred location, desired move-in date and anticipated length of stay are the most useful starting details. You can also mention which cabin you are interested in.
