Basic rental qualifications & policies
- Adult occupancy: maximum of 2 adults per cabin; all occupants, including anyone under 18, must be disclosed on the application
- Income qualification: gross monthly income of at least 3× the monthly rent
- Smoking: no smoking or vaping indoors
- Pet policy: no pets at Northwest Corpus Christi; Starlite Ranch allows one approved dog per cabin with prior written approval, a $350 nonrefundable pet fee; no pet rent charged
Service animals and assistance animals, including emotional support animals, are not treated as pets and are handled in accordance with applicable law.
The application accepts common image and PDF document formats. You can complete it from a phone, tablet or computer. Meeting these basic requirements does not guarantee approval; application review and background screening requirements also apply.
