Basic rental requirements

- Minimum stay: one month
- Maximum occupancy: 2 adults
- Income: gross household income must be at least 3× monthly rent
- Screening: identification, proof of income and background screening
- Dog policy: no ordinary pets at Northwest Corpus Christi; Starlite Ranch considers one approved dog with prior written approval, a $350 nonrefundable fee and no monthly pet rent. Read Pet Policy →
- Smoking: no smoking or vaping indoors
