Quality over page count.
A project gets a dedicated page only when current status can be verified from a reliable source and there is a reasonable worker-housing use case. Proposed projects without active construction, stale announcements and speculative developments are not treated as current housing targets.
How location fit is handled
Use the actual worksite, not a broad project label.
Large projects can have multiple gates, yards, phases and temporary work locations. Starlite asks for the exact reporting location when possible and compares it with Wren and Driscoll rather than publishing invented commute times.
Temporary workforce demand beyond named projects
Some workers search by assignment type rather than project name.
Starlite also targets legitimate temporary-work patterns that can generate housing demand without requiring a dedicated employer or project page.

Traveling trades, technicians and project staff may receive a daily housing allowance and search for furnished monthly housing near the jobsite.
