If you want to proceed with a cabin, we provide the next steps for identification, income documentation, background screening, deposit and lease.

Basic qualification

Income: at least 3× monthly rent—about $3,885/month gross at the 12-month rate or $4,185/month gross at the flexible monthly rate.

Occupancy: maximum 2 adults per cabin.

Policies: no smoking or vaping indoors; no pets. Service and assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Background check: $50 when screening is required.
