Traveling with a dog can make furnished monthly housing harder to find. Starlite Ranch offers two private detached one-bedroom cabins on US-77 South where one approved dog may be accepted under written pet rules.

Basic dog requirements
Approval is based on the individual dog and compliance with the rules.
- Advance written approval required
- Maximum one approved dog per cabin
- Current photo and basic dog information required
- Proof of current rabies vaccination as required by law
- Dog must remain under resident control outside the cabin
- No roaming, aggressive, threatening or persistently disruptive behavior
- Use the designated dog-relief area for bathroom needs. Immediate pickup is not required when the designated area is used; waste outside the designated area must be picked up and properly disposed of
Resident responsibility
Pet charges do not replace responsibility for damage.
Residents remain responsible for pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, odor remediation, pest treatment, repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear.
The $350 pet fee does not limit that responsibility; no monthly pet rent is charged.
Unauthorized ordinary pets, including regular pet-sitting or temporary possession of another person's dog, are subject to the lease and pet-policy requirements.

Starlite Ranch is the dog-friendly location.
Starlite Ranch / US-77 South: one dog may be accepted with advance written approval, a $350 nonrefundable pet fee; no pet rent charged.
Northwest Corpus Christi: remains no-pets for ordinary pets.

Service animals and other qualifying assistance animals are not pets. Requests for reasonable accommodation are evaluated separately in accordance with applicable fair-housing requirements.
The ordinary $350 pet fee does not apply to a qualifying assistance animal; no monthly pet rent is charged for approved pet dogs.

Need furnished housing and have a dog?
Call or text with your desired move-in date, expected length of stay and basic information about your dog. Starlite will confirm current cabin availability and whether the dog can be approved before you apply.
Bringing an approved pet dog?
Approved pet dogs must be house-trained. Whenever left unattended in the cabin, they must be safely contained in a management-approved, appropriately sized crate or secure exercise pen with a durable, waterproof bottom and floor-compatible waterproof protection beneath the entire enclosure. Residents must arrange bathroom breaks and care appropriate to the dog’s needs, including a caregiver, dog walker or daycare when necessary during long absences. All-day crating without adequate breaks is not an acceptable care arrangement.
