Start with the total monthly cost.

A rent number by itself does not tell you what a monthly stay will actually cost. Compare whether furniture, electricity, water, sewer, trash, Wi-Fi, parking and laundry are included or billed separately.

At Starlite Cabins, the published monthly package includes standard electricity, water and sewer, trash service, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, heating and air, furnishings and private parking. Renters searching for furnished cottages can also consider Starlite’s detached cabins as a cottage-style monthly option.

For a longer stay, review nearby areas and highway access rather than relying on a broad city label. Starlite's Northwest Corpus Christi location is near Robstown, Calallen, Five Points and Northwest Corpus Christi. The Starlite Ranch location is on the I-69E / US-77 corridor near Bishop and Kingsville.

Lease option

Starlite currently publishes $1,295 per month with a 12-month lease and $1,395 with a 1-month minimum stay. Confirm current availability and lease details before applying.

Deposit

The current published security deposit is $500.

Application preparation

Applicants should be prepared to provide identification and proof of income. Income qualification is three times the monthly rent, and a background check is part of the application process.

Is there an in-unit washer and dryer?
Is the kitchen fully usable for everyday living?
What is the deposit?

Move-in cost

Total move-in cost, clearly stated.

The base move-in amount is the first month’s rent plus the $500 security deposit. Exact amounts depend on move-in timing and any proration. For an approved pet dog at Starlite Ranch, the $350 nonrefundable pet fee and no monthly pet rent applies. Assistance animals are handled separately. Screening fees are paid directly to the third-party screening provider.

12-month lease

$1,795 total due to Starlite at move-in

$1,295 first month + $500 security deposit = $1,795.

1-month minimum stay

$1,895 total due to Starlite at move-in

$1,395 first month + $500 security deposit = $1,895.

Screening is required for anyone age 18 or older. Each applicant pays the third-party screening fee directly to Checkr Tenant. Starlite does not charge an application fee.
