Move-in cost
Total move-in cost, clearly stated.
The base move-in amount is the first month’s rent plus the $500 security deposit. Exact amounts depend on move-in timing and any proration. For an approved pet dog at Starlite Ranch, the $350 nonrefundable pet fee and no monthly pet rent applies. Assistance animals are handled separately. Screening fees are paid directly to the third-party screening provider.
Flexible monthly

Screening is required for anyone age 18 or older. Each applicant pays the third-party screening fee directly to Checkr Tenant. Starlite does not charge an application fee.
