Basic qualification

Income: at least 3× monthly rent—about $3,885/month gross at the 12-month rate or $4,185/month gross at the 1-month minimum stay rate.

Occupancy: maximum 2 adults per cabin.

Policies: no smoking or vaping indoors. Northwest Corpus Christi does not allow pets. Starlite Ranch allows one approved dog per cabin with prior written approval, a $350 nonrefundable pet fee and no monthly pet rent. Service and assistance animals are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Background screening: each applicant age 18 or older pays the third-party screening provider directly; Starlite charges no application fee.

Submitting an availability or callback request does not reserve a cabin, guarantee a callback time, or create a lease.

Move-in cost

Total move-in cost, clearly stated.

The base move-in amount is the first month’s rent plus the $500 security deposit. Exact amounts depend on move-in timing and any proration. For an approved pet dog at Starlite Ranch, the $350 nonrefundable pet fee and no monthly pet rent applies. Assistance animals are handled separately. Screening fees are paid directly to the third-party screening provider.

12-month lease

$1,795 total due to Starlite at move-in

$1,295 first month + $500 security deposit = $1,795.

1-month minimum stay

$1,895 total due to Starlite at move-in

$1,395 first month + $500 security deposit = $1,895.

Screening is required for anyone age 18 or older. Each applicant pays the third-party screening fee directly to Checkr Tenant. Starlite does not charge an application fee.
